Breakfast: 1 1/4 cup Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, 30 fresh blueberries
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Spa butternut squash (I'm counting 3 points for the ravioli and the sauce).
Dinner: Ruby Tuesday's....I got a gift card for my birthday
Turkey burger on wholegrain wrap (2 points), brown rice pilaf...no cheese, salad bar with my own FF salad dressing.
