OK, since I'm just back from vacation this week's wi did not go well, but not horrible. I just need to refocus and get moving.
Starting - 0
Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go
Week 2 - stayed the same still 10.8 to go
Week 3 - 3.6 up 14.4 to go
Goal - 15 lbs gone but not forgotten (although I don't want them back even for a visit).
I fudged on my chart. I rounded up to 1 lost total. I need to find the one Paula uses that shows fractions.
