Default Monday's Muchies Menu, May 7, 2007

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, fresh strawberries, skim equal

Lunch: Oatmeal made with skim, raisins and walnuts for points

Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (grilled chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, cheese for points and guacamole), 1/4 cup (uncooked) brown rice made with chicken broth at home.

Dessert: Fresh strawberries and FF cool whip; glass of skim

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: LO rotisserie chicken, a few LO fries, salad w/peppercorn ranch dressing


Dinner: hopefully turkey, sweet potatoes, broccoli

d-guacamole/rf beans, lean moose/bell pepper/onion, sw veggies/polenta
s--2 killer brownies (4 pts)
s--possibly popcorn if i'm still hungry.

i worked in the yard about 4 hours this afternoon. i'm tired but proud i earned some activity pts.

Note: This menu is not quite Core, but it's better than I have been doing.
b: raisin bran, milk
l: LO ww spaghetti, bread & butter, milk
s: pear w/Laughing Cow cheese wedge
d: pork loin slice (pan-fried?), potatoes, milk
