Monday's Muchies Menu, May 7, 2007
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, fresh strawberries, skim equal
Lunch: Oatmeal made with skim, raisins and walnuts for points
Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (grilled chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, cheese for points and guacamole), 1/4 cup (uncooked) brown rice made with chicken broth at home.
Dessert: Fresh strawberries and FF cool whip; glass of skim

Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: LO rotisserie chicken, a few LO fries, salad w/peppercorn ranch dressing
Dinner: hopefully turkey, sweet potatoes, broccoli
