  • Coffee with skim and splenda

    ww smoothie with banana

    large spinach salad w/ hard boiled egg , ff cheese, tomato, onion and ff dressing

    chicken and veggies
    brown rice

    strawberries and ff yogurt
    honeydew melon
    popcorn
    water 100+ ozes and green tea
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: Hard boiled eggs

    Snack: Naval orange

    Dinner: Core lemon garlic chicken, oven fries, double serving of fresh green beans

    Dessert: Cherry Garcia Core smoothie

  • Vickie oven fries sounds good! Do you do this fresh or frozen?
  • Fresh....I got the recipe from our board. They are amazing and use our 2 teaspoons of healthy oil with each potato.
