Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: ?

Snack: Fresh strawberries with equal and FF cool whip

Dinner: Maybe Chipotle Chili bowl?

Breakfast: Orange, coffee with lf mil
Lunch: Healthy Request Beef barley soup (Core?)
Dinner: Steak and broccoli or asparagus

Snack: probably almonds and an orange
