okay, here's what i'm going to do. i'm going to post my menu and exercise here. i think this will be a good place.


anyone want to join me posting "stuff"?

my week started tuesday. (now is that tweaking or cheating?) (is there a difference?)

tuesday
s--peach
b--oatmeal/ff milk/splenda
s--banana
l--ww tv dinner
s--core popcorn
d--ww tv dinner
s--orange

no exercise (this was a recovery day from traveling/competing) (a poor excuse is better than none at all.)

l--ww tv dinner/salad
s--banana
d--ww tv dinner and maybe a tossed salad/ff ranch
s--core popcorn

60 min i'm not doing any shooting (not even going to league tonight). i am still resting. scrapbooking will be my event for today.

i added another banana snack yesterday cuz i stayed up really late watching tv and scrapbooking.

okay, here's today's plan. i'll come back and edit if needed.

thursday
b--oatmeal/ff milk/splenda/butterbuds
s--banana
l--ww tv dinner and maybe a tossed salad/ranch
s--banana
s--popcorn
d--ww tv dinner and a tossed salad/ranch
s--orange or grapes or both
no exercise afterall. i'm too tired.

This is Thursday and my wi day. I'm not doing it!

B: apple, lf milk
L: bunless hamburger, lf milk, orange
D: Chicken breast and veggies

Snack: almonds, Popcorn later

I walked for 40 minutes. But, I've got a real problem with my left hip. Ever since I went to NM in early Feb, my hip, leg, you name it, has not been right. It got better, then acted up again yesterday.

rhonda, i hear you on the aches. i have them, too. i am thinking i'll have popcorn tonight so i may not go to wi tomorrow.

patti, your menu looks good. okay, you're inspiring me. i'll do while i watch survivor tonight. that's a good show to to.

Sandra I didnt realize your dh was away..I was wondering what was going on with all the WW frozen dinners. Didnt sound like you....its hard cooking for one isnt it.

just saw your post, patti. yes, i didn't want to cook just for me so i opted for the tv dinners. what surprised me was that i stayed op from tues on. monday i had a meltdown, but planned, celebration.

went for a walk last night outside with my dog,,,and right after church today as well , while the sun was shining. gotta love the warmer weather..
