Breakfast: 1 banana, 1/2 glass milk
Snack: decaf coffee w/cream, 1/2 low fat blueberry muffin (it was yucky)
Lunch: bagel w/lf cream cheese, smoked salmon, veggies
Snack: 1 apple (and remember to brush my teeth before dentist visit!)
Dinner:
tbd (depends if I am out and about or at home! - dh might be making a froufie roast for dinner!)
