Today's the first day of the Lose to Cruise challenge! So I'm Hard Core, and will post all food no matter how bad or icky or "non-Core" (although I hope there's none of that). I'm just sad that I have to say goodbye to my wheat pita, turkey and swiss sandwich for lunch. OH WELL!!
B: scrambled eggs, skim milk
S: today I'm eating the rest of the salmon spread, with a spoon. Let's get rid of it.
L: baked potato with FF cheese and FF cheddar; tomato slices; FF/SF butterscotch pudding
S: 94%FF popcorn (1/2 mini bag)
D: big salad with FF 1000 Island, fish filet
That should be all Core! Oh and I'm shooting for 64 oz. of water, one cup of green tea, and will have my little square of dark chocolate at bedtime (which is 17.5 calories ... negligible in the grand scheme of things)
NO COKE. NO BEER. NO WINE. NO CRACKERS. I MEAN IT!!!
