Default My cheese crackers won't come off the paper!

I tried the cheese cracker recipe that calls for melting ff cheese on sprayed wax paper in the microwave. They taste great but really won't come off the wax paper. Has anyone else tried these?

Default Cheese crackers

Try using parchment paper- the wax paper sometimes doesn't work as well in the microwave. I've had better luck with parchment. Also, try adding bac-os... it's really good (if you like them & they fit with your diet.)

i dont mean to offend, but if it wont come off, that should tell you something about the cheese

I disagree. I tend to believe it would be the paper and not the cheese. Plenty of people have made the cheese crackers using fat-free cheese and it worked out fine.
