Cauliflower Casserole
Makes 6 servings
1 head cauliflower, cooked (roughly 5 C. chopped)
1 cup LF sour cream
1.25 cup LF cheese (I used cheddar)
1 T. parsley
1 t. salt
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. dill
1/4 t. paprika
1/8 t. black pepper
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and paprika. Put in sprayed 2 qt casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with remainder of cheese and paprika. Bake another 15 minutes.
