    Walked 4.5 miles

    Monday- The Firm 1 hr weights (6th time with this tape!)

    Haven't walked since Thursday!!!!!

    Monday - TM for 45 minutes / 2.35miles

    Sunday: Pilates 80min
    Monday: Step Aerobics 60min
  • Back on track
    Rolled out of bed at 5am and did 40 reps on my ab slider. Aaron will be here tonight, so I will get a good hour of martial arts in then.

    Walked 3.5 miles, was exhausted, but went anyhow
  • Tues - TM for 44 minutes / 2.30 miles
  • Monday evening: Swam 0.8Km.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles
  • TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY
    Tuesday - Leslie Sansone FIRM UP FAST video - 30 minutes.

    Wednesday - 2 MILE WALK video - 30 minutes

    30 minute aerobics
  • Tues-Denise austin step tape w/abs and leg stuff
    Wends-40 minute walk wish it was longer but its wensday hubbys day off
    Thurs-plan to do The firm 1 hr weights!!!

    Tues - abslide and 45 min Martial Arts work out
    Wed - 15 min including abs
    Thurs - 15 min including abs
