It is stinking hot and humid.
20 minutes on elipical + 25 minutes weights
I will not go for a walk at noon.
I may try to go for a small walk / bike ride tonight if it cools off.
Tuesday - walked 30 min in morning and 25 at lunch.
Wednesday - elipical 20 min + weight lifting 20 min + 3 times around indoor track at a job (this may seem trival), but I would like to jog someday - can't now and I have set a little goal of working up to 10 times without stopping
Thurs. no motivation but did 20 min on treadmill.
I think I will miss the lunch walk as well, as I have a big presentation to give at 1:00 and I will be scarfing my lunch and making sure the equipment, room and handouts are there
