  • Thanks Kelly! I agree the similarities are amazing! I must say you have good taste!!

I love these challenge threads. It's so nice to set small goals and know that others have similar ones, and be able to work toward them together. Good or bad it's nice to be accountable somewhere. Anyways I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving!
  • I'm going to do this Challenge and stick to it this time. Please put me down for 7 lbs by New Year's Eve.

    1. 62 ozs of water/day
    2. Journal
    3. Exercise 3 x's/week
  • OOH! OOH! Count me in!

I'm up for 10 pounds by New Year's. I just started 2 weeks ago, too, and have lost 3.4 pounds to date. I keep telling myself that slow and steady wins the race, but good grief...

    Anyway, my goals are:
    1. incorporate exercise;
    2. at least 64 oz of water every day
    3. NO NEGATIVE SELF-TALK (that is going to be my hardest one)
  • Welcome Dori and Aileen....best of luck to both of you!
  • Count me in for 10 lbs. Hopefully this will motivate me to get moving more and say no to all those sweet treats!
  • Okay ladies....I'm in! I just had my last WI for my Thanksgiving challenge so now I'm shooting for the new year! I started my ticker last week for my New Year goal.....14lbs from where I am today!!! Oh yeah!

Good luck everybody!!! Let's rock this challenge
  • Good luck, Everyone!
  • My New Year's goal is 252...just 10 pounds. And it starts TODAY. Good luck everyone.
  • OK, I'm a little bummed out today! I had my WW weigh in and was expecting good results. Instead, I had a .4 gain. What gives?!! I stayed within my points, even on Thanksgiving day. I only used 3 flex points this week. I KNOW I didn't eat "right" as far as getting in my 8 healthy guidelines this week, but I did stay on target for points. My TOM also arrived last night and that could've played a part in it, but I still lost regardless of that inconvenience in each of my previous attacks! AARGHHHHH!!!!
  • Kelly
I am sorry to hear you had a gain. Sounds to me like you should have had a loss. I am sure TOM has a lot to do with it. I do think that if you stay OP and not let this defeat you, you will have a great loss next week.
  • Thanks, Chris! I'm still walking around mumbling to myself about it! I really enjoyed that little weigh in card that showed a loss of some kind EVERY week....ah, well, such is life! Have a good day!
  • Kelly I hope you are feeling better today about the gain. I am sure when it happens to me (which is just a matter of time I am sure) I will feel awful. All we can do is keep on keeping on. We can't let the gain defeat us.
  • I would like to join the Challenge! Ive been on here before and decided to come back. I started doing WW on my own in August for the 2nd time and lost 34lbs, but about 3 weeks ago, I lost all motivation and have gained 4lbs back. I figure with the support on here, I cant go wrong. It's time for me to get back on track and reach my ultimate goal.

My goal is to reach 175. That's 10lbs by Christmas!!!!!!
  • Sounds like a doable plan. Mine is 10 pounds by the New Year.
  • Doing a quick stop by - waving at everybody!!! I'll be back tonight. My company finally left this morning!!!!! YIKES
