  • Tuesday _ Tony Little ab's video 30 minutes 30 minute walk
  • i walked 2.5 miles to work today and then lifted weights at the gym.
  • I went shopping last night and walked for at least an hr. I came home very tired and my right side was hurting, but I feel fine this morning. I plan to walk outside with my DH this evening. My new brace is helping my mobility and I am feeling more comfortable with moving around.

  • i walked to work again yesterday then worked my arms with weights.
  • I havent been exercising, but Ive been moving alot (a whole lot more than normal) so that counts for me!! I need to figure out and better manage my life. I have to fit the gym in my day someplace.
  • 30 minutes treadmill - 30 minutes abs video
  • OMG, I finally got back on the treadmill after 2 months without it. Wore my leg brace , and made it 1/2 mile. It felt good and I was even sweating. 2 months without exercise definitely took it's toll. I will now start posting my exercise again with everyone else. Yeah!
  • 1/2 mile on the treadmill again. Yeah, I'm on a roll now. Will stay at this slow pace for 2 weeks and then increase to 3/4 mile nightly if I'm able.
  • Oct. 12th, 1/2 mile on treadmill, there's no stopping me now.
