People are always saying, "I lost 10 pounds, but I just started this diet so it must be water weight." Or, "I went up 3 pounds, I am sure it is just water weight."
How do you KNOW if it is water weight? How much weight is water weight? At what point do you know that you are losing "weight" (i.e.: fat)?
P.S.: Just a few more days to weigh myself...so excited!!! (Only weighing on the first of the month nowadays!)
