I got off track like that too one day last week. I just HAD to have an Oreo Cookie Blast. I ate about half of it. BIG MISTAKE. Within 45 minutes I was running for the bathroom and got the worse headache I've had in a long, long time. I felt dizzy and horrible all the next day. I guess it was the sugar that was dumped into my system. I never realized how sugar could affect you and to think I had been doing that to my body for years!!
I got back OP the next day but didn't eat heavy foods. Hopefully when I weigh in tonight I won't leave the meeting kicking myself in the butt.
And if I do gain, it's MY OWN FAULT!
