Me: 190, down 2 pounds from last week. A little surprising to me, since I had been hovering at right around 192 all week, right up until yesterday. I had been sticking well to sensible eating, and exercising twice a day, so I thought that perhaps I might have gained a bit of water or maybe even muscle. Getting on the scale this morning was a bit of shock... nice to have a good one finally!
