Lea Ann, if you don't have it online somewhere, like photobucket, shutterfly, yahoo photos, or your own website, then I'm not of much help. I've never been able to get them small enough to attach to a message using the 3FC guidelines.....

Ok--yeah--just in our files--I followed the 3FC guidelines and got this. I don't know. But I'll keep working at it! You are still the smartest computer lady I know!

Thanks guys- it seems like we all are having a little trouble with summer. I guess I should be happy right now just to maintain- Part of me wants to just maintain and refocus myself in the fall- Part of me worries that is taking the easy way out, and that might set me up to gain some back. I don't know, all I know is I have a headache comming on and I am very irritable today- I shouldn't make any decisions right now.

Girls, I am going out to dinner w/ my parents and sisters for a birthday dinner! I get to chose whereever I want right? Well for once I chose something simple. Bills Chicken and Steak house. its a lil ma n pa place in Vancouver WA, and let me tell you, they have the BEST chicken EVER!!

So I am gonna give my mash potatos to my bf and try to take as much as skin as I can off the chicken, but man, that skin is soooo good! Its gonna be tough. I have only had one starch today, so I might have jsut a lil skin as my other starch. Do u think thats ok? If not let me know, I dont wanna sacrifice two lbs! I know its my bday, but whatever! I am workin hard to lsoe, hate to see another stall or gain.

Pink--I hope you have a fantastic birthday--hey-you only get one (a year!). I think the skin would count more as a fat than a starch but I'm not sure. At least you've thought ahead and are getting chicken and tossing the potatoes--that's a danger zone. Back to the party bus--how cool--and for drinks--you sound fine with the crystal light/vodka idea or any rum with diet soda (I love diet lime coke with coconut rum--it's not the lightest calorie rum but my favorite) Have a great one--it's my sis', too (other one--I have 2 and their b-days are 2 days apart). After it's all said and done--I say lemon water to help the effects.

Sherry--so is about 188 where they start Gold--that's exactly where I was but I wasn't real sure about where to start my sis (not sure of her starting weight but I would guess a little higher)
