Here's to another POP day for all of us. Saturdays are always hard because my MIL is off work and usually cooks. REAL DOWNHOME SOUTHERN GRUB....ya know what I mean? Last Saturday she made fresh green beans with new potatoes (flavored by bacon grease), homemade banana pudding (yummmmyyyy), chicken marinated in Italian dressing (yes, full fat dressing), and black eyed peas (again flavored with bacon grease). She kills me! I admit, I tasted just a bit of each.
I talked to her this morning and she didn't mention today's menu. Let's pray there isn't one, because cooking is her specialty and it's way too hard not to eat. Needless to say, her food is great for the day before TO!!
Speaking of cheats, this morning, DH and DD got donuts for breakfast...grrrrr.... DD wanted donut holes, so instead of eating one, each time I handed her one (3 times total), I licked what glaze remained on my fingers. Just a small taste, but I was amazed that it was enough to make the desire to eat one go away!
My mom will be getting into town later this afternoon, and we have pictures scheduled for the kiddoes at 7pm tonight. This will be the first time I can get professional pics done with the kids and both grandmas! I will check back in later and maybe post the pics if I can!

Deet'sMom: I did eazctly what you did after losing wieght the 1st time with LAWL. Of course, it didn't last because I got pregnant, but I found it worked better for me to start working out after I got near my goal weight! I simply build muscle too quickly, and muscle weighs a lot!
