    d: salad with turkey (1) and soup

  • I'm climbing up beside you. I just hope I feel better tomorrow and can eat.

    Breakfast: Special K with strawberries, and milk (4)
    Lunch: Ham and cheese Hot Pocket, real coke (10)
    M3: 100 calorie packet of peanut butter cookies (2)
    M4: cheerios and milk (4)

    Snack: banana

    Lunch: corn, broiled lean burger
    fresh strawberries

    Snack: veggies & dip and/or apple

    Dinner:?? no idea!
  • i am sooooooo impressed that you chickies are well planned for tomorrow. kathy, i hope you're feeling better. the schwann's guy was here earlier. i guess we'll have some of the goodies he left.
