* I weighed myself for the last weigh in and I am at 154. It has been years since I have been at this weight. The last time I saw this number was when I found out I was pregnant. My son is 6! I definitely couldn't do this without being here at 3 fatchicks.

Go Melissa! I cannot wait until I can say the same. The last time is was slim ((130#) was when I found out I was pregnant at Christmas time with my second child! (who is now 4 1/2) That pregnancy where I gained 65# was where my struggles with weight began! (still trying to figure out WHY?) Anyway! Congrats! Where in KY are you? I went to middle and high school in Louisville (family moved east right before my senior year!) I LOVE KY!

Allie,

I live about 20 mins outside of Lexington. I know where you are coming from about the baby weight. I gained about 55 lbs with my little one and I wasn't even full term. I delivered at 7 months. It has been very hard to get down to this weight. I will not go back unless it is for a baby.

Phyllis,

I don't remember the recipe for the cola chicken, so I just threw in things here and there. Basically I used 1 lb of chicken breast w/ one can of diet coke or diet Dr. Pepper is good, w/ 1 cup of ketchup. I saw where Laurie said to not use ketchup. I thought you could have ketchup? I know I can't have much, but by the time you cook it and eat only 2 oz of chicken, it can't be that much ketchup. As far as the angel food cake w/ pudding dessert, it was very good. The only thing is it needs to be eaten that day or definitely no later than the next day. The angel food cake gets soggy.
