I'll join in late, with lots of the day gone.
I did a 9 mile run, so that's my exercise for the day
Breakfast was fruity porridge, lunch will probably be lentil soup, this evening I'll have chicken with spinach.
Lots of water, not as much alcohol and treats.
Weigh in tomorrow morning and I really want to see 168, so as perfect as possible is the aim, I've been good all week and don't want to find a reason to retain water now
