Tomorrow's either an all out free day or a restrained free day - a bit like today, with good ratios and good calories but with refined foods thrown in for a treat!

I'll join in late, with lots of the day gone.

I did a 9 mile run, so that's my exercise for the day

Breakfast was fruity porridge, lunch will probably be lentil soup, this evening I'll have chicken with spinach.

Lots of water, not as much alcohol and treats.

Weigh in tomorrow morning and I really want to see 168, so as perfect as possible is the aim, I've been good all week and don't want to find a reason to retain water now

I have started out good with all bran cereal...I need some butt kicking I got to get back on track...I have not really been into the weight loss yesterday so come on ladies....get me back on track.

My resolves keep getting simpler and simpler
Today I will do some light abs and try to eat less crap at work for a 500 cal deficit.
I'm really looking forward to the rejuvenating qualities of a brand new Monday!

yesterday was a bust. i only ate good foods, i just ate all day/night cause i was a wee bit hungover. thankfully there were no bad foods in the house and i never left to go get anything bad. so i got that going for me.

today i had 2 poached eggs and about 3/4 cup of grits with some no fat cheese. i had to grocery shop today and lots of fruits on the list with some no fat jello pudding, yogurts, veggies and string cheese. it will be a great week for sure! i am craving a "fast food" meal so i bought turkey franks, some whole grain hot dog buns, no fat sour cream, chips. i have done this meal before and it makes you feel like you are cheating but you arent!!

i am off to the gym for a 4.5 mile run/walk since its so rainy out today.

Ok checkin in for the day I did do my walk and I ended up at 1261cals for the day..I did not get my protein today it was only 16% I am thinking about tomorrow I am going to get back into this.

Hi All, I'm new here and trying to make a difference in my life by loosing weight.

However what I am doing doesn't seem to be working for me.

I'm looking for honest feedback and any ideas that might be helpful.

I've been stuck on 110kg for the last three weeks. I've been eating Weight Watcher meals for the last 6 weeks, twice a day, and for the last month I have been walking 3 to 5 miles a day. I do snack twice a day where I have a coffee and a weight watcher breakfast bar.

I'm not really sure if I am not eating enough or if I am simply eating too much.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

healthier aussiemom? being stuck is very common and also very discouraging.
Have you tried the Weight Watcher threads?
You could also post your diet for a day and we could have a little look for you.
