  • Make that 3 for the Jillian Micheals work outs. I am going to be starting them next week. I have been MIA lately through a series of computer problems and work. Back in the game now and have to make up for my latest backslide. Goal is 1600 min.

    12/13- run 2.5 miles, 40 min
    12/14- Kickboxing, 60 min

    There is no way I am going to make it. But I am doing better than I thought. This is a really tough month for me and hopefully I can get back on track right after the holiday...
  • Well this was hard... Doing a trip in the middle of december really threw me off... then christmas came around. I made my strength minutes no problem. I'm happy about that.

    Maybe 2006 will be my year of success.
