I was doing soooo good in August, and then dropped off the wagon toward the end of the month because of The Big Move Overseas And Everything That Came With It. This time I'll succeed!
I have a full-time job right now, and a long commute... so I'm going to aim for a minimum of 1000, set a goal at 1250, and be ecstatic if I hit 1500.

December
1st: 10 min stationary bike, 30 minutes walk with running (10 min?) --> 40 min
2nd: 10 min stationary bike, 40 min walk with 19 minutes running --> 50 min
3rd: 60 min hiking, 10 min stationary bike, 40 min walk with almost 20 min running --> 110 min
4th: 10 min stationary bike, 45 min walk with 22 min running --> 55 min

8th: 60 min tennis (lesson), 30 min badminton, 30 min walk with 15 min run, 10 min stationary bike --> 130 min

9th: 40 min walk with run, 30 min badminton, 10 min stationary bike --> 80 min
10th: 30 min walk, 20 min badminton --> 50 min
11th: 30 min hike, 15 min swimming (spent over an hour in the pool, but I don't think I actually swam for more than 15 mins!), 60 min badminton --> 105 min
12th: 15 min badminton, 90 min Ashtanga yoga, 10 min stationary bike --> 115 min
13th: 90 min Ashtanga yoga, 10 min stationary bike --> 100 min
14th: 60 min tennis lesson, 30 min badminton, 40 min walk, 10 min stationary bike --> 140
15th: 90 min figure skating, 10 min stationary bike --> 100
16th: almost 2 hrs running around the mall, REALLY running, I'm counting that as --> 60 min
17th: hike/walk --> 30 min
18th: 40 min walk with 10 min run --> 40 min
19th: 50 min walk with 10.5 min run --> 50 min
20th: 40 min walk with 11 min run --> 40 min

21st: none
22nd: 30 min walk (watching Christmas lights) --> 30 min

Sign me up for 1600 minutes this month. That's what I had last month, and I almost made it - I can do it this month! That will include cardio 5 days/week, weights/strength 3 days/week, and getting my weight to 140 by Dec. 22 (the day I leave for vacation holidays).

Dec 1 - ran 22 min, walked 98 min = 120 min
2 - walked 25 min = 25 min
3 - ran 22 min, walked 27 min, weights/strength 45 min = 94 min
4 - ran 22 min, walked 98 min = 120 min

Total so far: 359/1600

Hello! Can I join you all? I haven't ever done a challenge here before, I think it would be a great motivator though. My biggest struggle with any diet is just consistency and commitment. I know that if I keep doing my exercise, I will stick to my diet better too...

Ok, well for December, I really want to hit 1300 minutes and 50 minutes a day is my goal for the month. (I think it will also get me to bronze in the Presidential Challenge. )
