Monday.... 18 minutes on the treadmill. :treadmill: Will try to get some wts in tonight but not sure since the girls play VB at 7:00 and I have to get dinner ready first. Maybe afterwards if we don't hang around.
Monday- Nothing
Tuesday- AM, did 3 mile WATP video, PM- did 30 minutes step followed by 15 minutes light aerobics, lifted weights for 10 or so, abs(skipped leg toning because of step)
Wednesday- Ramp it up video, but I skipped the yoga stretching at the end. I HATE yoga. (40 minutes total- around 20 minutes cardio with lunges, squats, etc..followed by weights, and then leg toning, and abs) The kids have a rental(Netflix)exercise video that needs to go back in the mail today, so I might do it with them this evening, it's nothing strenous, but better than sitting around.
