    supper:
    grilled pork steak - 300
    mashed potatoes - 100
    corn on the cob - 80

  • Hey Christie! thanks for posting a pic! I love putting a face with the person I've gotten to know! You look GREAT! You are so little - I can't believe you were ever up to almost 200 lbs. You look Great! I know you are proud of what you have accomplished!

    Happy Anniversary to you and your DH!

  • Thanks Cathy!!! It sure feels good to be half the girls he married One lady told me....Honey he really loved you to marry you ...I thought...well thanks alot lady!!!
    Now she can eat those words Oh and dont feel bad ... I am just figuring out how to post pics myself ....I have alot to learn to be good at it
    I will try to post a pic of me before we got married if I can find one so you can see just how big I was...

    as you can see I am at 191 now (after losing 18 lbs) - so I have been up to 209 - I was heavy - but my goodness - 200 is not "deformed" - I'm sure your hubby (like mine) did and does love you - and it's not even "inspite of our weight" but simply bec they love US! all of US!

    part of a baked potato with
    grilled chicken & cheese on top - 300

    exercise: none

  • Thanks Cathy I feel the same way about the words that she said to me...my hubby doesnt care how much I weigh...he loves me for who I am ...we are blessed

    Lunch- cheeseburger with 1/2 the bun and 1/2 order of onion rings!!!

    snack- 2 ww chocolate chip cookies...and 8 oz organic skim milk

    lunch:
    grilled pork steak - 300

    snack: 2 kudos bars - 200

    supper:
    1/2 chicken quesadilla - 350
    (1 tortilla, chicken & cheese)

    exercise: 60 minute 4 mile WATP
    July Miles = 18.5

    water: 88 oz

    total calories: 1150

    peach - 30

    supper:
    1 tortilla, cheese & chicken - 350

    water: 64 oz

    total calories: 1060

    light whipped cream ( i can't use the non dairy stuff I'm allergic to it)

    Salad with Balsamic chicken sliced egg and rf cheddar

    London Broil and italian Veggies

    Coffee with half and half ( i ordered skim so I drank 1/4 of it)
