This weeks challenge involves fruits and vegetables!! Whether it is leafy greens or citrus oranges, this week we'll focus on working them all into our daily diet! Set your own personal challenge--perhaps you will choose to:
*Up your daily intake of fruits &/or veggies
*Choose fruits or veggies over a usual snack
*Eat at least one fruit &/or veggie with every snack &/or meal
*Introduce a new fruit or vegetable into your life
