  • I walked for an hour and worked out at the gym after work for an hour and 10 minutes.

  • Pulled out the old-fashion push mower and cut my back yard - grass was over a foot long. Took me 1.5 hours. Is that considered exercise?

    Today I jogged to and from the gym, did back and biceps....

  • yesterday: 2m in jog, 3:1 intervals, LBW
    today: 1 h jog, 3: 1 intervals
  • yesterday -- gym chest and tris, 20 mins on and 30 mins on

    today -- 30 min jog 5k....
  • Bi's and tri's this morning and a little bike. More cardio this afternoon.
