  • b: malt o meal, milk
    s: canned peaches
    l: three bean salad, fruit of some kind, milk
    d: leftover sweet and saucy meatballs over barley, salad, milk

  • B: deviled egg (with FF mayo), banana, milk
    L-1: salad with strawberries, FF feta, balsamic vinegar
    L-2: soup (chicken, corn, rotel tomatoes)
    Sn: yogurt
    D: cereal and milk (probably Honey Nut Cheerios)
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

    Lunch: Sirloin burger (not sure if I'm using points for a bun or not); Dean's FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Peach Fruit Natural cup

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie made with skim

    Dinner: Not sure

    Snack: Core Candy Apple
  • B - oatmeal w/skim milk, sf/ff maple syrup and about a Tablespoon of nuts.

    L - ham and cheese crustless quiche

    S - ricotta and pineapple

    D - Corn pie (PA dutc) Corn,potatoes, egg, milk in pie crust - will try not to eat too much of the crust.

  • Breakfast: 4 oz cup of sf/ff blackberry yogurt
    decaf w/light cream (okay added a bit of "real" coffee as I had a very bad night and combined w/losing that one hour I am feeling pretty dopey today!).

    Lunch: leftover greek salad w/sliced grilled marinated chicken breast
    1 banana

    Snack: 1 apple or??

    Dinner: probably all chicken will be gone?
    broiled hamburger or leftover halibut steak?, sweet potato, brocolli

    Snack: peach/passion fruit sf/ff smoothie!
    maybe popcorn if hungry?

    L: Subway spinach salad with grilled chicken and ff honey mustard dressing
    S: Fuji apple
    D: Shrimp stir-fried brown rice
    Dessert: Fruit & yogurt
