Majestical, you'll have to use something like photoshop or another program to reduce the size of the picture.

Majestical, try sizing down your picutre. What programs do you have. Maybe we can start with that.

majestical Go here http://www.jql.co.uk/ it's a really easy/small program and you'll be able to get the right size. It's called Avatar Sizer ( it's free ) I used it to post my daugthers toddler pick when I caught her playing with the baby powder.
