ok I'll try....I usually use FitDay but haven't been doing it lately so maybe this will keep me in line. Can't promise anything

lunch: Tossed salad with tuna salad (not sure about the dressing yet)
snack: Pepperoni, String Cheese
dinner: Grilled chicken, sliced cucumbers

ok, almost forgot to do this today.
Breakfast: 1/2 c. cottage cheese 3
Lunch: Salad with 2 grape tomatoes and 3 slices cucumber 3
2 oz. ham, 1 oz. turkey, 1 slice swiss cheese 2
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing 1
Dinner: ???????? Maybe a crab cake which has no bread crumbs in it and a small salad.
Snacks: Sunflower seeds 3
