Red face apple cider vinegar (what is it)
What does apple cider vinegar caps suppose to do for you and has it worked for anybody?

One word: overrated.

This topic has come up before (although it has been awhile, but ACV is an old wives tale that just keeps coming back for some reason). Check out this link to a thread from last year...

My parents by the actual vinegar (way cheaper than pills) and put 1 or 2 tablespoons in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it every morning - it is supposed to help with digestion or helping cleanse your system or something or other and it is also supposed to help arthritis - not sure how but I really don't put to much stock in it myself.
