  • Wednesday:
    3 mile run on treadmill
  • Wednesday:
    BACK ON TRACK!
    15 min. walk
    30 min. weights
    8 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    20 min. jog
  • Wednesday: 40 minutes Curves
  • Wednesday, did 15minutes on the bike, about 5 miles. But had to leave after that to go to the 2nd job. Tonight will be better, as well as Friday and then I am on vacation so I am going to try to stick to it, but don't know if I will be that good when I am gone!!!!!
  • Monday: 1 hour of Dance Dance Revolution
    Tuesday: Lifting weights and a quick walk with puppy Emma
    Wednesday: Lifting weights and a quick walk with puppy Madison (after which she dreadfully needed a bath because it's been warming up here!)
  • 35 mins of brisk walking (2miles)
    10 mins of handweights
  • Wednesday:

    4-mile walk
  • Thursday: 30 minutes run/walk, 75 situps, arm and leg weights.
  • Thursday:
    40 min. walk
    30 min. power walk - 4.5 mi.hr. - that's a pretty kickin' walking speed!
  • 45 minutes weight lifting (chest & back)
    1 hour of DDR (400 calories!!!)
  • O.k. I am REALLY disappointed!! I worked until 6pm last night and we had dinner reservations at 7, by the time I got home and we left, we were still late for dinner and didn't get home until almost 10pm...I didn't work out. I am planning on going for it this morning before I leave on vacation!!
  • Exercise: AP earned- 7 points
    10 mins of exercise bike (1.5 miles)
    55 mins. of brisk walking (3 miles)
    15 mins of handweights
  • Thurs: 2 miles at track-walking, 1/2 mile jogging
  • Thurs:
    5 min. walk (warmup)
    15 min. run
    35 min. elliptical

    Fri:
    30 min walk @ 4.5 mph w/ incline intervals
    25 min. weights
  • Sat:
    2 mi. run, 2 mi. walk (outdoors in BEAUTIFUL weather!)
    Getting off that treadmill & running outside sure was tough--bumped me out of my rut!
