  • Hi Everyone:

    Apparently the crash of the site blew our previous posts away...no matter. I am committing to minimum of 600 minutes this month and have completed 30 minutes so far.

    Balance due: 570 to go....

    Feels good to be exercising again and it is helping my spirits.
  • Hey Gals, don't know if this is correct but I found this number on a little piece of paper at home where I had subtracted my minutes. Was hoping it was more but it averages out to about 30 min per day for the rest of the month so It's probably right.

    I kept a timer going with minutes for the last few days so this will bring me up to date through yesterday.

    875 - 85 = 790

    I pledged 800 minutes and the last post I made I was at 650.

    1-7-04 50 minutes

    1-8-04 50 minutes

    650 - 100 = 550
  • 30 min yesterday and 40 today.

    790 - 70 = 720

    Hey Kat, what eating program are you on? I'm still trying not to eat as much processed food and only whole grain bread with lots of veggies and fruit.

    I'm on Jenny Craig. I love it! It seems to be the only diet that works for me right now. I'm so good at maintaining my weight but loosing is extra hard for me. Semo, are you on the South Beath Diet?
