  • SURPRISE!!!

    Hi Rabbit. I thought I'd try to get back to journaling again now that I started back at the gym today after a couple months off. Long story short -- hurt my back then had tonsillectomy and sinus roto-rooter. The good news is I lost 6 lbs after the surgery the bad news is that most of it is back.

    MONDAY

    90 minutes golfing lessons

    Thanks Rabbit. I'm feeling all better or at least I was. Now my butt and abs are killing me from working out yesterday!! No gym today -- it's closed for Super Safety and Health Day. Go figure?!? We all complained. Instead I hope to go for a bike ride or rollerblading after work. The weather in FL is beautiful today.
