Hi Rabbit. I thought I'd try to get back to journaling again now that I started back at the gym today after a couple months off. Long story short -- hurt my back then had tonsillectomy and sinus roto-rooter. The good news is I lost 6 lbs after the surgery the bad news is that most of it is back.
