Farn; congratulations on winning the last 5 pound challenge and thanks for starting this thread. I'm going to jump in too. I need to start looking at my weight loss in manageable mini-goal fashion. Because I think I'm soon heading to slower weight loss overall. Especially from 150 to 140 whoo boy. But who knows. Weight loss is a darn fickle thing. Good luck to everyone.
Oh oh. That's the wrong direction. I'm buying an elliptical trainer tonight. And this week I brought all my spring and summer dresses upstairs. Most of them are size 10 which I don't really fit comfortably until I'm 150 pounds or less. More incentive to get cracking!
