I think I’ve stalled...I’ve been bouncing around the same pounds for the last couple weeks, even though I’m exercising (not always daily) and keeping my calories low... any ideas why this would be? It’s getting to be so frustrating!
I've had new lows 4 days in a row now. Very small drops, but still, yay!

Farn: Sorry, I have no advice to give you if you're already tracking your calories and are sure you're at a deficit, you ARE burning fat Sometimes our bodies are just slow to show it on the scales. I'm definitely a "stall and whoosher". I stall for a few weeks (I've done 6 weeks twice now, usually less) and then drop a bunch in a few days. Sometimes I just stall for a few day and the drop for a few days, but I rarely see a steady downward progression. I was stalled for the last 3 weeks, so it is nice to see the scale moving a bit right now.
Thanks Lacerta! I think that’s exactly what’s happening, where the scale just isn’t showing the progress. I had a little bit of a whoosh from yesterday to today, so that makes me happy!
