Hi Debbie I'm in! I started November 13 and end May 13, but I can certainly spend part of my spring hanging out here.
As far as challenging, I did something really extreme. I placed a bet on myself using HealthyWage and if I don't make my goal (which is extreme), I not only lost money but also don't get the extra money they would give me if I make it. I will also be seeing my mother at my husband's graduation and I don't want her to see me like this. I have been batting around the same 3-4 lbs for over 6 weeks now; I need to make a breakthrough!
You pick your own goal. At the start of the challenge and at least weekly, post your starting weight, current weight & goal weight. We encourage each other while having a friendly competition. 😀

I am excited to be in another challenge with you as well, I love how consistent you are!! My goal for this challenge will be to make it to 156 lbs., which will put me at an even 100 lbs. lost. I will have to update with my starting weight on the 1st to determine how many lbs. that will be!
I'm in! I want to complete a C25K program. Even though the program I have is 8 weeks, I am going to need to double some of those weeks. I am not very strong and just started out exercising a few weeks ago. I think I will pick a 10% loss as a goal.
