20 lbs by Christmas, I can do that for sure.... If I put in consistent effort and avoid alcohol.....

Well I weighed in at 205.2 this morning. I feel like my body does this every time after a big drop. Up & down with the same pound all week before dropping again. Less frustrated with it than I used to be because I know it will all work out in the end.
boop Glad that you are back down to 204.2!! It took me forever to get under 200 as well, and I have heard that is very common... if I remember correctly, I got a small whoosh after I got under it though and went from the high 199's to the 197's over night.
202.6 this morning. A new low and 71 pounds gone. I'll wait to update on my official weigh-in day Monday. As you all know this number is subject to change

I had a huge binge last night so I am 180.2 - I felt it coming for a while now and finally gave in. This past 2 weeks have been very frustrating for me.
