  • I took another day off from the 30DS because I worked on painting our bathroom when I got home from work, and then I was really sleepy and decided to lay down earlier to see if I could get a good nights rest. We have company coming on Wednesday night and they will be staying until Saturday, and then on Monday my husband has surgery. The main focus is going to be getting the house ready for our guests and getting the bathroom finished before my husband's surgery. I do know that its a slippery slope though, so I am going to make sure I leave time to squeeze it in tonight.

  • kfunk6113: I did feel stronger after 30DS in 60 days. But, the habit didn't really stick for me. I tend to do that with big, short-term goals -- I meet them but, then, drop them, completely. Still, they are fun and rejuvenating, once in a while.

  • While it is true that we have been extraordinarily busy this week, I could have stayed up an extra 40 minutes to do my workout and shower quick if I had really wanted to, but I chose not to. UGH!! We have family members in town that we want to spend as much time with as possible before they leave early on Sunday morning... so I have NO reason not to work out on Sunday. I hope I can dig deep for some dedication and get my butt in gear!
