    2241 + 42 = 2243 minutes of exercise. Go us!
  • 2243 + 15 min yoga + 60 min wfc core=2318 min
  • 50 min Zumba last night

    2318+50=2368 Minutes
  • 6/20 elliptical - 20 minutes + walk - 28 minutes = 48 minutes

    2368 + 48 = 2416 minutes
  • 2416 min + 10 min yoga + 60 min wfc lower=2486 min
  • 6/20 - walk 14 minutes
    6/20 - yard work (It counts!) 53 minutes
    6/21 - elliptical 20 minutes

    2486 + 87 - 2573!!!
  • 2573 + 80 min walking=2653 minutes...we are 847 minutes from goal...we are kicking serious butt this month
  • 2653 min + 20 min + 60 min=2733 min

    767 min to goal!!!!
  • 6/22 - elliptical 20 min.
    6/22 - walking 11 min.
    6/23 - walking 27 min.

    2733 + 58 = 2791 minutes! (And more to come!)
  • 6/23 - YMCA night! Weights and Abs - 43 minutes + Elliptical before and after - 30 minutes = 73 minutes!

    2,791 + 73 = 2,864 minutes!

    6/25 - 20 minutes swimming and water aerobics

    2864 + 30 + 30 = 2924 minutes

    6/23: 30 min workout
    6/24: 46 min workout

    76+2924=3000 Minutes

    So lets add to it, shall we?

    6/25 - YMCA day! Elliptical 10 min., Weights, 48 min., Elliptical 14 min. for a total of 72 minutes.

    3,000 + 72 = 3,072 minutes!
  • 6/26 - lunchtime walk - 42 minutes

    3,072 + 42 = 3,114 minutes!
  • 3114 min + 15 min yoga for shoulders + 66 min walking= 3195 min
