    A decent weigh in this morning - and then I went completely off the rails today. And I didn't even eat anything especially yummy - pirates booty and a donut.

    Oh well. Tomorrow is another day...
  • Things have slowed down for me, but I know that I haven't been as tight on my calories or on my exercising as I was before. Also, I have not been drinking as much water as I should. Hoping to finish off the challenge with a good strong last few days.

  • Another personal-skipping day...sorry everyone! I am beyond tired today and have been fighting falling asleep since about 6pm. Feeling under the weather and only got about 4.5-5 hours sleep last night -- hoping to get a good night's rest tonight to perk back up tomorrow.

    As for the update....weigh-in was down from that pound it was up yesterday back to 230.6 today. We went out to eat this afternoon, and I'm - as I stated above - not feeling very good, so I won't be going for my walk tonight. Hopefully I won't just bloat back up tomorrow from that combo. Fingers crossed to end April on a decent note, lol.

  • I have just over 3 lbs to go to make goal, so I don't think it is going to happen this month. I am okay with that though! My goal was to lose 10 lbs this month and I think that was too high. I have only lost 10 lbs once and that was the very first month (I lost 16) and usually I lose about 8.

    I know I have been absolutely terrible about keeping up with the postings here. Things have been so busy but I just wanted to congratulate those of you that made goal anddddddddd those of you that had losses, and not only, but those who are still working toward goal and making progress in NSV ways too!

    IT has been such a pleasure to be here and to be part of this group, I wish you all the utmost success! I hope to see you all next month and I wish you all continued success in all of your endeavors!

    Oh my news, I have been rather very busy, last I checked I lost some weight.........quite frankly the way things aer going I am lucky that I have not gained. I hope to join you all soon! keep up the maginificent work!

    Total loss for April - 7 lbs. It's not my goal but I am happy with it and happy with my plan - which was new to me this month. Onwards to May!
  • Well, had a precarious month...an "up" of 9.9 pounds in the middle of the month, but a big "down" at the end...lost all of the water weight due to carb overload of 50% off Easter junk, so I am 1/2 pound away from my April goal. Sincerely, I am very happy that I was able to persevere and get back on track!

    I didn't hit my goal of 249.6, but overall Im still happy that I was able to lose 11 pounds. Especially considering I had so many events this month expected and unexpected that threw me off in terms of calories. I did well overall on my exercising and I think that is what balanced it out for me resulting in still an 11 pound loss. I'm pretty happy that I'm still able to go out and live my life and get healthy! I think this month was a life lesson in how to balance everything! I hope everyone else did well this month!
