    Had a bad morning today... Someone brought in donuts and I couldn't resist, I devoured 4 of them. Ravenous. Oh well. Let's keep on truckin'!

  • Hi everyone - I am going to try again (hoping it's not too late to join). Very unmotivated the past 2 months. I am going to try for 500 minutes for the remainder of December.

  • Well, after I posted this I ended up reworking my whole plan for the next few months, so things have changed. I won't be working on pullups specifically, but I've added extra back/lat work to my regular lifting. Instead, I will be doing 5/3/1 BBB 4x/week and walking 2 miles 4x/week. Also, I decided to challenge myself by waiting until the month was 1/2 gone to start. :eyeroll:

    I'm going to stick with my 1200 minutes, but add in doing a pullup training workout 3x per week. This has been a goal of mine for a while, but I never remember to put in the specific work. So December is pullup month!

    GOAL: 1200 minutes & 3x/week pullup training

    12/11 - 75 minutes (5/3/1 BBB 1)

    Need to get back with my strength training, it's been a week since I lifted. Cardio is making a difference though, I can tell.
