I started low carb the last few days of April, and hung in there as best as I could - which shows in the results. I did eat off-plan 3 days in mid-May - which knocked me out of ketosis and took about 6 days to get BACK on track - so I know I can do more if I don't eat off plan! LOL. I ate off plan on Monday at the pool/BBQ - but got back on track yesterday so hoping I don't take another 6 days to get back into rhythm!
Good luck to you on your June journey! 198 would be amazingggg to leap into July with, so I wish you the best of luck! I hope to be in onderland by my 30th birthday, July 28th. I do NOT want to take all this baggage into my thirties - leaving it here with 29! Haha.

I'm starting the month off right by making a healthy lunch and planning to drink 1.25L of water (very specific I know, it's because my Brita water bottle holds 600ml and I plan on drinking two bottles). Yesterday I felt so dehydrated, I could have emptied the water fountain at work.
LOL, that cracked me up. I've seen those Brita bottles - I just got a S'well bottle and it doesn't hold a lot - which helps me because it forces me to get up and walk to the water cooler at least 6 times a day - instead of just sitting at my desk or sitting in meetings for hours on end without getting a brief walk in.
