    I'm starting the month off right by making a healthy lunch and planning to drink 1.25L of water (very specific I know, it's because my Brita water bottle holds 600ml and I plan on drinking two bottles). Yesterday I felt so dehydrated, I could have emptied the water fountain at work.

    It's such a beautiful day today I woke up with a throbbing headache but still got my walk in I just took some meds so I should be fine in a few lol I hope we all have a great month, we can do it

    Martine Good job on the healthy lunches and water intake. As the temps rise the water is so important, so drink up.

    Kukkie I've got my running shoes on and it's full speed ahead. Good luck to you I know you'll do great.

    Scale read 209.6 to kick off the fine month of June. My goal for June is 198. I think 11 pounds is reasonable.

    This week is going to be very and ! I brought my walking clothes to walk either at lunch time or after work. I know if I wait until I get home I probably won't do it.

    @Martine: for thinking about your lunches and water ahead of time!

    Thanks!! I started low carb the last few days of April, and hung in there as best as I could - which shows in the results. I did eat off-plan 3 days in mid-May - which knocked me out of ketosis and took about 6 days to get BACK on track - so I know I can do more if I don't eat off plan! LOL. I ate off plan on Monday at the pool/BBQ - but got back on track yesterday so hoping I don't take another 6 days to get back into rhythm!

    Good luck to you on your June journey! 198 would be amazingggg to leap into July with, so I wish you the best of luck! I hope to be in onderland by my 30th birthday, July 28th. I do NOT want to take all this baggage into my thirties - leaving it here with 29! Haha.

    I love that - "off to the races" - I feel like that's a great tag-line for life itself lol. Nothing stops - so you might as well get on that horse and go. Now if only I could convince my horse to always stay in the right direction. Regardless, we're going!

    LOL, that cracked me up. I've seen those Brita bottles - I just got a S'well bottle and it doesn't hold a lot - which helps me because it forces me to get up and walk to the water cooler at least 6 times a day - instead of just sitting at my desk or sitting in meetings for hours on end without getting a brief walk in.

    I'm headed to the beach with 11 family/friends and I'm like running for my life to drop as much as I can (healthily of course)! D-Day is 6/25. Yikesss.
  • My July goal is to hit Onderland, gonna reach big this month, gotta get back on track! Only about 4 1/2 months until my 30th birthday and my deadline to hit my goal of 150!!!
