  • Thank you, I joined tonight.
  • Congratulations! Thank you for responding, I joined online and am on day 2!
  • I usually post in the 300 + club forum and the 40 somethings

I'm trying to keep active in these forums as much as possible too...

I know people who did the old pro points - I didn't get it - Biggest differences here is fruit isn't pointed but its only recommended you eat 2or 3 servings a day then you should be tracking the points for them - I believe the old pro points was purely calories based the smart points is leaning towards lean protein being lower points you still have carbs you can eat and no where as restricted as sth beach diets or as I tried before kids 6 week body makeover- very similar plans

The connect section in the app is amazing support my fellow Aus/NZ members are wonderful - and from the look of Karen0117's posts then your regional ones shoud be too ... if anyone else from NZ is reading this going nobody really uses connect - try signing in on Australia region most of us are there as it works better

I'm online only and its working for me - especially due to the connect section of the app!
  • I'm just starting with the 2012 version today. Glad to hear you've had good results. Makes me hopeful!!
  • Are you still with it? I think the new edition is great but I've stalled for the past couple of months. It's me, though, not the program.
  • Anybody around?????
  • Quote: Hello,

I am new to weight watchers and excited to be here. I just joined tonight. I can't wait to start tracking tomorrow. I previously had been on South Beach and while I lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks it was horrible. I can not do low carb. It just does not work for me. I am hoping to meet some friends and accountability buddies.

    Hi Nikki!
I was on Atkins and lost weight but gained it back and thensome. Would love to join you on your Weight Watchers journey!
  • Hi all! I joined Monday and promptly went over by 14 points! This is going to take some getting used to. I've done WW before but points on this new plan really add up fast. I think tracking dinner first is a great idea. I hate thinking about what I am going to cook for dinner every day. Cooking for a picky man is hard enough! I always see great recipes that I would love to try but know he won't eat.
