  • ouch...so sorry lurchmomma that has got to hurt. I hope it is a quick healing process!

    I got up had my coffee and my breakfast shake before remembering to get on the scale and I don't want to add even an ounce from breakfast to my numbers so I am skipping it today. I am always shying away from it because yesterday was my anniversary and of course that means I gave myself the green light to cheat...I am paying for it today. The older I get the less my body appreciated "bad" food. I hope you are all having a wonderful month so far!

  • Not sure what's been going on, but I think it's stress from starting a new job because my food intake has been fine. Oh well, not gonna worry about the number, just gonna keep doing what I'm doing.
