Darius - it very well could be salt. Too much salt has pushed my weight up by about 3 pounds. Don't be discouraged!

LovelyLeah - DON'T BE! Like you said, tomorrow (today, I guess) is a new day. Also, it's Friday! Next week is a new week. Maybe you can do something this weekend to prepare for next week at work, so that your snacks are healthy ones and you're not so "hangry".
