  • I lost a lot of weight in 2012 and 2014. Screw the odd numbers. This is my year. I gotta believe! Just say no to wheat, potatoes, and any dessert that isn't dairy or cocoa based. I'm going to try intermittent fasting again and hopefully stick with it.

  • Starting a couple of days late. The end of the Jan was great but now I have a gained a few.

    1/30=250. Ok, this is mega frustrating. I have been doing amazing with food and exercise and my scale is not reflecting in pounds. When it does, I believe it is just being wonky. The only thing that I can attribute is that my strength is improving. By body fat on scale is going down and I feel like I look on the thinner side, but I want the numbers in wt to go down too. I guess this weekend, I need to take a photo to keep me motivated. really results are the only thing that motivate me.

  • I spent all of October, November and most of December on plan and working out. I worked my butt off to lose 10 pounds and then I gained it all back in 2 weeks during Christmas and New Year's. It sucks that it takes forever to lose anything but it comes back so quickly. Ugh! Anyways, I need to lose something for my vacation in March. At least lose what I gained at the end of December/beginning of January - about 10 pounds.
