Hi. I'm Sacha and live in England. I just joined today as I am trying to arm myself with as much help as possible in losing weight and toning up.
I'm 43 and recently moved in with my new boyfriend (who is a little younger than me) so I am very aware that I want to feel better about myself when i look in the mirror.
So last night and I signed up for a year's membership at a gym I pass on the way to work, and today I have joined the forum.
I'd love to know how to get the weight loss trackers that people have in their signatures.

I think you need to make so many posts and then be signed up on this site for so many days before you can get the trackers. They go in your signature, and you can't do a signature for a while. I can't remember how long. But the time will go by before you know it.
